Family Therapy

Family therapy is a type of psychological intervention (psychotherapy) that helps family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. All family members are involved whether you are part of a nuclear of extended family system (a family with step children and/or a step parent). It is used to identify unhealthy patterns within the family that also contribute to the difficulties that the individual(s) might be experiencing.

I facilitate family therapy sessions using Equine Assisted Psychotherapy as well as in my practice office using other family therapy techniques depending on the unique needs of the family.
